Seafood on Wheels is owned and operated by entrepreneur Gary Williams who’s been dishing and serving up delicious cuisines for 20 years.  He has owned, operated and created concepts such as Nemo’s Seafood, Captain O’s Fish n Chips, London’s Fish & Chip and now Seafood on Wheels.
